About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Retail & B2B Growth Partner to join CaMart, Niagara's fastest-growing cellphone and electronics brand.

In this role, you'll be the face of our brand -- managing both stores, driving sales, bringing in corporate and wholesale clients, and helping CaMart expand through franchising. You'll start with a 3-month probationary full-time period, where your performance determines your growth and incentives.

This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about sales, business development, and retail management -- and wants to grow into a leadership position quickly.

Duties:

Greet and assist customers to ensure a 5-star shopping experience. Use negotiation and closing skills to maximize phone and accessory sales. Bring in corporate clients for bulk phone sales and repair contracts. Support the launch of CaMart's wholesale business for phones and electronics. Identify and pitch franchise opportunities to potential investors. Manage store operations, staff, and inventory at both locations (Welland & St. Catharines). Maintain clean, organized, and customer-friendly stores. Collaborate on marketing and promotional initiatives to drive local sales. Track performance KPIs and report weekly to the Founder.
Qualifications:

3+ years of retail or telecom experience (Fido, Freedom, Koodo, etc. preferred). Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills. Experience in B2B, wholesale, or sales management is an asset. Basic knowledge of marketing and CRM tools (Salesforce or similar). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Entrepreneurial mindset -- works with ownership and accountability. Flexible schedule, including weekends when needed.
Compensation (Probationary 3-Month Period):

Base Pay: $1,800/month $5 per phone sold (uncapped) 5% profit on wholesale/B2B deals $2,500-$5,000 bonus per franchise sale $200-$500 quarterly bonus for hitting targets
Earning potential: $4,000-$8,000+/month based on performance
