Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems
Maintain stock levels, displays, and overall store presentation
Process payments, returns, and exchanges
Keep track of inventory and communicate restocking needs
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the retail area
Provide product information and make recommendations to guests
Collaborate with other resort departments to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and cash-handling abilities
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium loads
Flexible availability -- including weekends, evenings, and holidays
