We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves handling transactions, assisting customers, and promoting products to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming environment

process transactions accurately using cash register and pos systems
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with inquiries and product location
-Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs

- Assist in stocking shelves

-Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is beneficial
