Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and detail-oriented retail sales associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using POS systems Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure merchandise is properly displayed Assist customers with inquiries in a courteous manner Take inventory of cannabis & vape products and ensure the sales floor is adequately stocked. Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times Receiving inventory accurately, with an ability to lift boxes and ensure all discrepancies are identified to your supervisor/ manager. Accurate stock counting.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service or a combination of industry knowledge preferred. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours and multitask efficiently Cannasell certifificate Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
Work Location: In person
