Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Retail Associate to join our small team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and be very comfortable with discussing intimate toys, body products, and sexuality.

This position is for permanent Saturday and Sunday daytime shifts (ability to open 10:45 am to closing duties finishing at approx 6:30 pm). This is not negotiable. Extra shifts will most likely be available as we head into the holidays, with potential to become full time in the new year.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding. Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and stock room. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for processing transactions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with staff when the situation calls for it. Aiding customers with lingerie if requested. Restock product, hang and steam lingerie when needed. Monitor security cameras.

Requirements

Previous experience working in an adult store is not necessary. A friendly, outgoing nature, and mature unbiased outlook are most important. Weekend availability is essential. Strong communication skills in English. Ability to follow stock sheets for inventory management. Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. Pleasant phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries via phone when necessary. Comfortable working in a small team environment, with the ability to work solo when necessary.
