Position: Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist every customer, ensuring exceptional service at all times. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions. Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently. Receive incoming stock and verify shipment accuracy. Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as required. Maintain a clean, organized store environment, including dusting, arranging displays, and following visual merchandising guidelines. Ensure the store is well-maintained and prepared for business each day. Complete markdowns and implement visual and product directives. Process customer transactions professionally. Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably with knowledge of the fashion industry, especially men's wear. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Availability for various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
