As a Retail Specialist at Living Beauty, you'll provide elevated, personalized service in a beauty focused, expert-led environment. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience
Warmly welcome every client with genuine hospitality.
Anticipate needs and create a seamless, luxury experience from start to finish.
Communicate with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
Answer phones and emails promptly and accurately
Service Coordination
Manage client wait times gracefully, offering refreshments and updates.
Ensure smooth transitions between services and touchpoints.
Provide proactive, attentive support throughout each visit.
Check clients in and out, and handle all POS transactions with precision
Product Expertise
Stay current on all house brands and wellness trends.
Confidently recommend and demonstrate products with accuracy and passion.
Participate in regular training to deepen product knowledge and client education.
Sales Excellence
Process sales with accuracy and efficiency.
Recommend complementary products and services to enhance each purchase.
Work toward daily and monthly sales goals while prioritizing client needs.
Visual Merchandising & Cleanliness
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
Follow all hygiene and sanitization protocols.
Ensure product displays reflect the Living Beauty brand and seasonal strategies.

Qualifications
Required:
2-3 years in retail customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
Strong computer proficiency and administrative skills
Preferred:
Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or wellness environments
Previous exposure to high-touch client care (e.g., hotel, spa, or restaurant)
Bonus:
Fluency in additional languages
Background as an esthetician or makeup artist
Experience with Biologique Recherche or similar professional skincare brands
