Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail with excellent communication and customer service skills. As a retail associate you will be responsible for leading our guests through the Nuworld Botanicals DIY Skincare experience including conducting birthday parties and one-on-one craft sessions. Your expertise in working with customers at the retail level will help guests achieve their DIY product goals and enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized skincare/cosmetic/candle recipe guidance and activities direction to all guests Perform various services including host birthday parties, portion and weigh ingredients, order and restock inventory, manage party bookings and customer inquires Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the retail store Engage with guests to provide an exceptional customer experience Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on natural ingredients, and all DIY activities Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling parties and managing guest files. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment. Able to work weekends

Experience

Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or wellness industry is preferred. Familiarity with practices and protocols in a professional retail setting. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs. Experience in retail sales and events Skills in skincare application, makeup application, or other relevant beauty services are highly desirable. A background in hospitality is a plus, as it enhances the overall guest experience. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
