Our client, a leading logistics and courier services provider, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the operations support team, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery to clients and partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Niagara On The Lake, ON
Pay Rate: $17.60 per hour
Shift: Mon-Fri 9am to 1pm
What's the Job?
Provide efficient and courteous customer service in person and over the phone
Promote and up-sell company products and services
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
Troubleshoot and resolve problem shipments and equipment/technology issues
Collaborate with Head Office, management, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure service excellence
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners
Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
What's Needed?

• 1 + years of customer service experience preferred
• Experience in retail or using technology/POS systems preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Commitment to safety standards and teamwork
