The Retail Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role plays a key part in creating a positive shopping experience and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in finding products
Provide product knowledge and answer customer questions
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed properly
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Assist with inventory counts and restocking
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
