Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services. A successful representative will be able to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.

Duties

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively. Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Proficiency in English is required. Familiarity with sales techniques, including upselling strategies, is a plus. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions. Experience with Shopify would be great but can be trained.
Other tasks will be light cleaning duties, hanging clothing, making jewelry, and merchandising products. Hours will vary every week with the potential to be more during busy seasonal shifts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
