As a Retail Salesperson , you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable shopping experience by delivering high-quality customer service and excellent product knowledge while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Check out customers accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed information about various items, including retail food / non- food items, Cafe / restaurant menus, events, etc. Ensure General Store is stocked, inventories are kept up to date, areas are clean and displays are kept in order Recieve orders into the POS system, stock and store away items. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately while providing change as needed. Collaborate with kitchen, wait staff and management to ensure smooth operation across departments Provide organizational assistance to management Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
