Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable options. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system while maintaining phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory levels to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on effective interaction with customers. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele. Proficiency in organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with technical sales can be beneficial for assisting customers with specialized products.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$19.85 per hour
