We are looking for Sales Associates who are team players and excel in customer service, strive to achieve goals and contribute to the overall success of our store.
Working with the Store Supervisor, the Assistant Store Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales targets, working on team development, store visual display and the daily operational tasks for their store location. Reporting to the Retail District Manager and the General Manager, the Retail Store Assistant Supervisor will account for all outlined objectives and consistently represent the Hill's of Kerrisdale, Ray Rickburn and Hills Dry Goods brand in all aspects of job responsibilities and performance.
Responsibilities include:
Increased Store Sales and Statistics Staff Supervision and Motivation Merchandising and Display Basic Job Responsibilities
