Job Description

As a support position the position will be to assist the senior staff members in the routine work of cleaning, stocking and preparing the stores. You will assist with processing sales and if demonstrating the right work ethic and customer demeanor, will gradually have opportunities to sell.

Job requirements (all positions will require):

The position requires several hours of

standing

,

lifting

5-30 lbs. 6-8 hour shifts.

Cleaning

duties include heavy cleaning such as washrooms, floors, walls and garbage. Lighter physical duties include

merchandise dusting

, shelf cleaning, showcase and windows. Keeping stock priced and labeled.

Assisting sales

longer term, you may progress to a sales position and will therefore require constant learning for product knowledge, professional customer service skills and consistent application of store policy.
Education and work experience are not defined other than they should demonstrate your

work ethic

and consistency. We are not considering applications of those who do not have at least 1-2 years of continuous job experience (in other words you have demonstrated you can hold a position for longer than a year).

Every candidate will need to assist in all areas, but we are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and ability to learn sales in the future.

There will be an

initial training period in our Bridgeland location

. Staff need to be flexible to commute to any location will be considered.
