Assistant Manager We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time associate. Our ideal candidate would have 35 hrs availability, be able to open or close the store independently, as well as be able to cover shifts if needed throughout the week. Our hours are 11AM \xe2\x80\x93 9PM Sunday, 10AM-10PM Monday - Wednesday and 10AM \xe2\x80\x93 11PM Thursday \xe2\x80\x93 Saturday. Must be able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends. We need a hard working, reliable, sales-driven individual who has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a small team. Being open-minded is vital to thriving in this type of environment and having a willingness to learn will be an asset. Duties include but not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Assisting the Regional manager in day to day running of the store especially while the Regional Manager is away at other locations. \xc2\xb7 Hiring and training new staff, \xc2\xb7 Completing weekly management reports and payroll, \xc2\xb7 Using a cash register and debit/credit machine, \xc2\xb7 Opening and closing duties, \xc2\xb7 Cleaning, \xc2\xb7 Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves, \xc2\xb7 Maintaining organizational systems, \xc2\xb7 Performing monthly inventories, \xc2\xb7 Meeting sales goals, \xc2\xb7 Creating window displays and visual merchandising, \xc2\xb7 Assisting customers and making suggestions towards appropriate purchases for their individual needs. Position Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Previous management experience \xc2\xb7 Must have at least 1 years of retail and sales experience \xc2\xb7 18 years or older to apply.
