Established in Halifax, NS in 1996 Samuel & Co., has focused its initiatives on providing the ladies of Atlantic Canada with boutique fashions in the convenience of a mall setting. Today, Samuel & Co. is thriving with its ten stores across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island.

Samuel & Co. is looking for a mature, creative and driven leader. Applicants must have a keen eye for fashion and understand the importance of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What will you do?

• Take initiative and inspire your team to drive sales and customer service
• Create lasting customer relationships by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Effectively train and coach your team on customer service and brand knowledge
• Channel your creative side and use your knowledge of fashion and latest trends to inspire the merchandising in your store
• Ensure team compliance with all policies and procedures
• Prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks to truly maximize business

• Day shift

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
