Overview:
The Area Manager shall provide leadership, direction and accountability for our Retail Stores Team in a designated region. The ideal candidate is a leader in driving results through effective sales team management, customer/guest engagement, coaching, and mentoring using all available business KPIs. Responsible for managing multiple priorities, the supervision of a team of Store Managers, retail projects, execution of initiatives to enhance performance, execution, driving top-line sales with a strong focus on profitability. You will provide sound leadership and coaching for all direct reports and will work closely with the Retail District Managers, Store Operations and all Head Office partners to ensure and support the growth and development of the regions retail team through established goals and objectives which align with revenue, operations, and customer service targets to enhance profitability.
You will be responsible for the achievement of aggressive operations goals and targets, focused on high levels of customer satisfaction and overall store-level performance. Responsibilities:
