Now, we're taking that connection offline with the opening of our

first retail store right here in Surrey, BC

. Our store brings the Silver Icing experience to life, offering customers the chance to touch, try on, and shop their favourite pieces in person--while still connecting to the same vibrant community that started it all online.

Position: Retail and Warehouse Associate

Summary

This role is a hybrid position supporting both our new retail storefront and our warehouse operations. Depending on the day or shift, you'll be assisting customers in-store or helping process online orders in the warehouse. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and being hands-on in a growing fashion brand.

Responsibilities

In-Store:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude Organize and prepare pickup orders Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store Restock and merchandise new products as they arrive Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, or live chat

In the Warehouse:

Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment Tag, label, and organize new merchandise Process returns and assist with inventory restocking Participate in inventory counts and general organization Lift and move boxes or product bins as needed (some heavy lifting required)

Skills & Attributes

Schedule & Hours

We have both

morning (8 AM - 1 PM)

and

afternoon (1 PM - 6 PM)

shifts available, Monday through Friday, with additional Saturday and Sunday shifts as needed. Flexibility between retail and warehouse tasks will be part of the role.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
