Position: Resume Writer Type: Freelance - Remote Who are we? We are a rapidly growing Resume Writing and Career Coaching organization looking for talented writers to join our dynamic team at CareerHD. We currently have two opening for an experienced Resume Writer, this opportunity is completely remote giving you the flexibility and comfortability of working from home or anywhere you wish! At CareerHD, we pride ourselves on the personalized approach we take with all of our clients; we listen, ask the hard questions, and coach our clients throughout the process to ensure a high return on their investment into their own future, through us. We take this seriously and are looking for professionals who share this vision and passion with us. Our star candidate: The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience writing resumes and cover letters for Entry-Level to Mid-Career level professionals within a wide range of industries. Once successfully on-boarded and trained, you will be owning communications with your assigned clients to ensure exceptional customer experience, every time. Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience writing resumes and cover letters in a professional setting.
- Minimum of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or College diploma in English, Communications, or Business.
- High-level customer service skills and experience managing client relationships.
- Exceptional writing skills and experience in editing, proofreading, creating new content.
- Ability to lead one-on-one consultation sessions with client; actively listening and asking the hard questions to help conduct an effective session and gather all relevant details to begin writing.
- Working well under pressure and within set timelines.
- Professional resume writing: 3 years (required)
