We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced dining establishment. The Restaurant Manager will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests while driving the success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service best practices. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing food costs. Utilize POS systems, such as Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling. Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a skilled workforce. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership. Implement food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.

Experience

Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is essential. Strong background in food service, including food handling and preparation. Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting within the restaurant context. Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices within the food industry. Experience with interviewing potential candidates is preferred. Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
