We are experiencing continuous growth and have an immediate opening for the Restorations Project Manager position for our office located in the province of Nova Scotia. The position will be reporting to the Director, Installations and is responsible for inspecting and developing estimates and exterior rebuild scopes, in conjunction with the Property Owner, Adjuster, or Insurance Company. Additionally, the Project Manager ensures that the project is delivered on time and at the required quality standard, while focusing on a very high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Assess loss-site damages of roofing, siding, gutters, doors and/or window); build and upload claims in Xactware timely; monitor work quality in the field to ensure standards are being met; perform post inspections of job site; and proactively and resolve customer complaints.
• Generates profitable sales by serving and delighting our customers with our services, recruiting and supervising subcontractors, and collaborating with insurance adjusters, policy holders, management team, and project coordinators in a helpful, engaging and professional manner.
• Develop strong relationships and partnerships with the insurance adjusters in your territory so as to ensure all standards are met as per the service level agreements and the maximum the number of claims that are awarded to us.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Experience, Traits and Qualifications

• Possess at least five years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in exterior home renovation and restorations industry, have a strong understanding in assessing residential exterior installations (roofing, siding, gutters, doors, windows, building envelope)
• A naturally customer-centric and sales-oriented team player who is extremely helpful and always demonstrates a \xe2\x80\x9cyes, can do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), able to communicate in an engaging, passionate and persuasive manner
• Demonstrate promptness, professionalism and courtesy at all times by keeping promises and taking good care of our customers
• Extraordinary organization, time management and multitasking skills, able to manage hundreds of insurance exterior restorations simultaneously and accurately and respond to inquiries promptly at all times
• Possess a valid driver\'s license, able to conduct inspection at the loss sites, willing to travel and work outside of primary market when required
• Experience with insurance industry software (ie. Xactware) is preferred, knowledge in acceptable building standards is an asset
