Position Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable

Restoration Technician/Labour

to join our Calgary team. This role involves assisting with demolition, mitigation, cleanup, and general labour tasks on residential and commercial restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform demolition work Assist with water mitigation: equipment setup, moisture readings, extraction, and monitoring Handle contents: packing, moving, cleaning, and organizing as required Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Document job progress, including photos, job updates, measurements, and moisture readings Load, unload, and transport tools/equipment Participate in on-call schedule Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE Provide courteous and professional service to customers Maintain high standards of personal grooming and represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in restoration, construction, demolition, or labour is an asset Valid driver's licence with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments Able to work extended hours and after hours/on weekends Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to follow directions and work well independently or as part of a team

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
