Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team In Central Newfoundland. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cleaning, construction, and restoration techniques, utilizing both hand and power tools to effectively complete projects. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure customer satisfaction and successful restoration outcomes.

Responsibilities

Assess damage to properties and determine appropriate restoration methods. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during restoration processes. Perform cleaning tasks including debris removal, sanitization, and surface restoration. Collaborate with team members to execute restoration projects efficiently and on schedule. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites. Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards throughout all phases of work. Communicate with clients regarding project progress and address any concerns they may have.

Experience

Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the restoration industry. Strong cleaning skills with an understanding of various cleaning techniques and materials. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
