We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. You will work closely with clients to assess damage, implement restoration processes, and ensure that properties are returned to their pre-loss condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and restoration techniques, along with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Assess damage to properties and develop appropriate restoration plans Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during restoration projects Perform cleaning tasks to remove debris, contaminants, and damaged materials Collaborate with team members to execute restoration projects efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the restoration process Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any necessary updates Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

Proficiency in cleaning techniques and best practices for various surfaces Experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction and restoration Knowledge of construction methods and materials relevant to property restoration Familiarity with restoration processes for water, fire, or mold damage is highly desirable Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
