We are seeking a dynamic and driven

Project Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Your expertise will guide our skilled team through the challenges and triumphs of restoration work, making a tangible difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities:

Manage a variety of restoration projects concurrently. Manages all aspects of a job and ensuring that project requirements are done within a timely matter with realistic expectations from DKI Calgary in the process. Ensure project requirements are being fulfilled, deadlines are met while staying on budget. Prepares accurate quotations job costing and estimation, managing project budget and ensuring target margins are met. Developing precise cost estimates in all restoration projects for insurance companies and insured using Xactimate and or Time & Materials as needed. Carrying out site inspections on all Emergency jobs and provide clear instructions to Lead technician and teams. Reattend to scope reconstruction phase. Meeting insurance adjusters on site to determine and evaluate damages from insurance claims and creating a scope of work. Enforcing the company's health and safety programs and policies are being followed and by the law are enforced on sites and within the office. Preparing any documents required by insurance companies. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, and insurance adjusters. Communicate with all stakeholders including customers, adjusters, property managers and sub trades proactively, timely and professionally at all times Ensure Insurer performance metrics/ KPI's are met or exceeded on all jobs. All estimates uploaded with 7 days of initial visit, invoicing within 10 days of completion, and active participation in collections as needed. Build and foster relationships with all internal teams and external customers or vendors Engage in individual and company sponsored marketing events

Qualifications & Skills:

Being able to manage several projects, employees and sub-contractors at the same time. Experience in the restoration industry. Being an excellent team player and leader on external and internal working levels. Customer service and the ability to deal with the customer under stressful situations. Being able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral. Being detail oriented and extremely organized. Analytical, problem-solving skills and working hands on. A valid Driver License. Proficiency in MS Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook) Experience with Xactimate and PSA software is an asset. Having IICRC certifications is an asset. Experience in Property management clientele is an asset
