DIRECT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Must have over 3 years experience as restoration labour and proven skills Must have at least 1 year experience as restoration labour crew lead Must have experience using industry software for job site documentation Must have references Driver's licence required with clean record
Job types
Water damage caused by a variety of sources, clean water breaks, sump pump failures, sewer backups Residential and commercial properties Fire and smoke damage cleaning and demolition Hazardous material removal Pack out and move out belongings and property Final post-construction cleaning
Working Conditions
Must be available full-time Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30 On-call rotation once every 4 weeks Able to work hard physical labour when required * Criminal Record Check will be required
