What You'll Do

Assist with

demolition work

(removing flooring, drywall, and damaged materials) Handle debris and load/unload materials Move contents, furniture, and equipment as required Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Support the restoration team as needed Participate in the

on-call rotation schedule

for emergency response jobs (after-hours/weekends, when needed) Learn and develop new skills in restoration (optional, if you want to grow in the trade)
What We're Looking For

Hard-working, reliable, and punctual Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, carrying, and using tools Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Previous labour, construction, or moving experience is an asset (but not required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation an asset
