Our taphouse used to be the place people chose first. We were known for great cocktails, a wine list that stood above most, and food that was fresh and thoughtfully sourced. We want to earn that reputation back. We already have a strong team that's helped us get started, and now we need the right manager to help us finish the job. No gimmicks or tired promotions. Just a smaller menu that over-delivers, cocktails done right, and service that makes guests feel welcome.
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager who knows how to keep standards high while always putting people first. You understand that large wholesalers should be the exception in the supply chain, not the main source, that a great wine list may not have familiar labels, and that real cocktails take time. We know our vision is ambitious, but there's real pride in building something worth believing in. The location needs some care, but the team is strong and the customers are loyal. We need a hands-on leader ready to write SOPs, help on dishes, and keep an eye on the numbers.
