Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the POS system, specifically Micros POS, for order entry and payment processing. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times, including proper food handling techniques. Assist in serving food and beverages to guests, including upselling menu items when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing accuracy. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
