Hiring: Store Supervisor at Naan Culture

We're Mil & Moon -- the team behind Naan Culture, a small-but-mighty Winnipeg spot known for our stuffed naans made fresh with care.

Who You Are

You're someone who:

Communicates confidently in English with guests and co-workers Can manage the hustle of a fast-moving takeout kitchen Stays responsible, focused, and keeps the momentum going Leads through action -- stepping in wherever needed Has availability for flexible shifts between

11 AM and 4 AM

(approx. 30-40 hrs/week) Remains calm, upbeat, and friendly even when the rush hits

What the Role Includes

You'll be:

Supervising shifts and making sure operations stay smooth Helping create our stuffed naans quickly and consistently Running the POS, packing orders, and giving guests a great experience Keeping the shop clean, safe, and organized Assisting with closings, cash duties, and basic inventory Bringing your ideas, initiative, and leadership to help us grow the brand
