Responsibilities



Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and ordering. Work with ownership to monitor budgets for labor, food, and waste. Lead and coach the team to achieve performance goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Handle hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and team development. Maintain strong knowledge of front- and back-of-house operations, including

Lightspeed POS

and delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Ritual, etc.). Spend active time on the floor each shift to support staff and improve operational efficiency. Address guest feedback or concerns with professionalism and respect. Uphold high standards of quality, speed, and hospitality. Support ongoing staff training and development initiatives. Follow company policies and all food safety regulations. Carry out other operational duties typical of a fast-paced quick-service restaurant.

Qualifications



Minimum

1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience

(QSR management preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Ability to thrive in a

high-volume, fast-paced

setting. Solid grasp of restaurant financials and operations. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Open availability and flexible scheduling. Post-secondary education preferred. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
