Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Restaurant Supervisor

to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for hospitality. This role involves managing staff, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant.

Duties



Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen activities Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service Oversee food handling, safety procedures, and ensure compliance with health regulations Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff to build a high-performing team Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment Implement policies related to food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Experience



Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting Extensive restaurant management background with knowledge of food industry standards Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and developing staff members Background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment Previous barista experience or bar management is advantageous but not required
