Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in food service management. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a commitment to food safety, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs. Implement effective customer service strategies to enhance guest satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation. Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food handling and food safety practices. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively. Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
