Duties
Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to ensure quality standards are met
Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate cash handling and order processing
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food safety procedures
Lead team management efforts, including training staff on service standards and operational procedures
Monitor customer service levels to guarantee a positive dining experience
Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to foster guest loyalty
Assist with food industry best practices, including hospitality standards and serving techniques
Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing health regulations and safety protocols
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership roles
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Supervising experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
Ability to manage cash handling procedures accurately
Background in food industry operations, including kitchen experience or hotel/hospitality background preferred
Leadership qualities with strong communication skills for team management and interviewing candidates
Knowledge of food handling regulations and restaurant safety protocols
Prior experience in serving or bartending (Barista experience also considered a plus)
