We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of food safety, and fostering a positive work environment for your team.

Duties



Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels Implement and maintain food safety standards in compliance with health regulations Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to promote professional growth Utilize POS systems (including Micros POS) for order processing and sales tracking Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation

Skills



Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations Proficiency in cash handling procedures Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Micros POS is preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in interviewing and training new employees Background in cooking or kitchen experience is advantageous A passion for the food industry with an understanding of serving techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.78-$22.00 per hour
