Greet & welcome guests
Keep the restaurant clean & organized
Receive inventory during regular deliveries
Manage the shift by ensuring team has all the tools they need to succeed
Train new team members through hands on learning and coaching
Ensure standards are upheld with your team
Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences
Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication & understanding
Coach & mentor the team
