Responsibilities:Assist the Restaurant Manager in executing and accomplishing all tasks related to the restaurant, bar and Room Service operations.
Supervise and train all staff in order to create and ensure a productive and efficient team;
Support service for all classifications associated with the restaurant, bar and Room Service;
Ensure restaurant, bar and Room Service customer service;
Supervise daily restaurant, bar and Room Service operations;
Establish practices and procedures in order to train staff;
Prepare monthly inventory of restaurant, bar and Room Service assets;
These functions are associated to the Restaurant Supervisor but not limited to the above-mentioned list.
Position Requirements:Restaurant specialization required an asset;
Bilingual: French and English
Excellent communication ability on all levels;
Working knowledge of computer softwares (POS, MS Office)
Ability to deal with all levels of management and staff in a professional manner.
Ability to work with deadlines and must be capable of multi-tasking.
