Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Restaurant Manager

to oversee daily operations at our busy dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining efficient restaurant operations to foster a welcoming environment for guests. Previous experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or food industry roles such as barista or hotel experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities



Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food presentation Lead and motivate team members, including food prep and cooking, interviewing and onboarding new staff Perform and Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures to maintain safety standards Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Train staff on food service protocols, hospitality standards, and operational procedures Maintain a clean, organized work environment aligned with health regulations

Requirements



Proven experience in restaurant management or related hospitality roles, including supervising teams and managing restaurant operations Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively and foster teamwork Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant personnel Background in food service, hospitality, or the food industry; hotel or barista experience is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food handling regulations and kitchen experience preferred
