Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of food safety, and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties



Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees to maintain optimal service levels. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency. Handle cash management and POS transactions accurately using Micros POS systems. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Implement and monitor food safety protocols to guarantee compliance with local regulations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications



Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations. Prior experience in interviewing candidates for various restaurant positions is preferred. Background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
