We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our establishment. Duties
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Supervise, participate in, and train staff in food handling, preparation, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Manage the POS system for efficient order processing and payment handling.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role within the food industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques preferred.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and vendors.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
