Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen activities
Lead and motivate team members to achieve high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately using Micros POS systems and perform cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment in accordance with health standards
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
Implement and uphold restaurant policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Collaborate with kitchen staff on food quality, presentation, and preparation standards
