Dimitri's Souvlaki is a family owned restaurant in the heart of downtown Fredericton. We've been serving up the best Greek food in town for over 30 years, and now we're looking to add to our team! We are searching for a restaurant supervisor to oversee the front of house daily operations.
Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service and standards
Manage and train serving staff
Lead team and motivate other employees
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Maintain a welcoming environment for guests while managing reservations and walk-in service
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
Assist in scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant or food service leadership roles
Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Leadership qualities with the ability to interview, train, and develop staff effectively
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in restaurant operations

Pay: $15.65-$17.00 per hour
