We're looking for a passionate and reliable

Restaurant Supervisor

to help lead our team, support daily operations, and ensure that every guest leaves satisfied. If you're someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow in the food service industry - we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service Assist with daily operations including opening/closing procedures, food prep, and cleanliness Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards Manage inventory, cash handling, and shift reports Support and enforce Firehouse Subs standards and culture Act as shift leader in absence of General Manager or Assistant Manager Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of experience in food service or customer-facing roles (leadership experience a plus) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working under pressure in a team environment Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in Canada Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) FirstAid/CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
