Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Service Supervisor to oversee the daily service operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills. As the Restaurant Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality dining experience while managing staff, inventory, and compliance with food safety standards.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily service operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Manage and train staff in customer service protocols. Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records. Conduct interviews and hire new staff members to build a strong team. Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and inventory management. Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant premises. Work alongside service staff throughout the day to assist with all tasks.

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and cooking techniques. Experience with team management, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Previous experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is a plus. Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
