Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers promptly, providing menus and taking drink orders. Accurately take food orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system. Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met during food handling and preparation. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while checking on guest satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Experience

Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is beneficial. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Ability to work in a kitchen environment while adhering to safety protocols.
