Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests, ensuring a
welcoming and professional dining experience
Take accuratefood and beverage orders
and enter them into POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly while maintainingservice quality standards
Provide menu knowledge, recommendations, and respond to guest inquiries Ensuretable cleanliness, setup, and presentation
Process payments accurately and managecash and POS transactions
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensuretimely service
Followfood safety, hygiene, and hospitality service standards
Handle guest concerns professionally to ensurecustomer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Restaurant Server, Food Server, or Waiter/Waitress
Strong knowledge offood and beverage service procedures
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in afast-paced hospitality environment
Strong attention to detail and time management skills Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance#
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
hotels, restaurants, cafes, or fine dining establishments
Familiarity withPOS systems and order management software
Smart Serve or equivalentfood and alcohol service certification
Availability to workflexible shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
