We are looking for friendly, attentive, and energetic servers to join our team. As a server at KS on the Keys, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing top-notch service in a relaxed, yet modern setting. You'll work alongside a supportive team to ensure every guest feels at home.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel welcome and comfortable. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are accommodated. Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of service. Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have about our offerings. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and stocking supplies. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction. Support team members and contribute to a positive and fun work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server in a casual or family restaurant setting is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail. A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
