Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, efficiency, and a passion for hospitality. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in the food service industry.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high-quality customer service Handle cash and process payments accurately through cashiering systems Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Basic understanding of food handling, serving, and food industry regulations Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
