Duties

Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all food handling guidelines are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest services.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, with a focus on restaurant experience. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage guests effectively. Experience in upselling menu items is a plus, contributing to overall sales growth.
